Veterinarian

Dr Conor McMahon

Conor graduated from James Cook University in 2019 and went straight into mixed practice. After 4 years of dust and flies in south west Queensland, he moved to Scotland for a year to live out his James Herriot dreams. Between calvings and lambings, he worked with the rehabilitation and regenerative medicine unit at St Boswells with a focus on ensuring older patients are able to maintain their mobility and quality of life as they age. His other areas of interest include soft tissue and orthopedic surgery.

Upon moving back to Australia, Conor -together with his wife and their two dogs- has enjoyed making the most of the beautiful outdoors that FNQ has to offer.
